Sources & data policy

SuperCarHunt is a search index over public listings, not a marketplace or a seller. The index contains records collected from the sources below; we link straight back to it so you can verify price, condition and availability before contacting the seller.

What we publish

Title, year, price, mileage, location and a thumbnail image are read from each listing's own public page, where the extraction provides them, and scheduled for refresh once daily. We do not verify condition, ownership, mileage accuracy or that a car is still available — that sits with the seller and the source site. A price shown as "POA" means the listing's price could not be read reliably (for example, an options-package figure quoted in the title rather than the asking price); the listing itself is left visible rather than dropped.

Freshness

The collection starts once daily at 23:00 UTC. Public results require an observation within the last 14 days. Generic dealer website crawls remain private candidates because category pages, service pages and unrelated prices can be misidentified as adverts. Public results use the structured source feeds; individual generic-crawl candidates need review before inclusion. Some sources can fail or return incomplete results, so a completed run does not mean every advert was checked. Each car page retains its own first and last observation dates. Check the original advert for current availability; an absent advert is not proof of a sale.

12,709 listings in the current index across 28 sources. Auction sources (Bring a Trailer, Collecting Cars) show the current or last bid, not a fixed asking price — treat that figure as indicative only.

Takedown & corrections

If a listing shouldn't be here — sold, withdrawn, or you're the seller and want it removed — contact us via the source link on the car's page or through the register-interest form on the homepage and we'll action it on the next refresh.
